The project
Comprehensive optimization of Tideworks’ website (excluding the homepage): restructuring key content, improving the blog’s category system and redesigning the resources section. While the main site runs on WordPress, strategic HubSpot pages were created for lead generation — landing pages, pillar pages and forms connected to advanced workflows — plus Salesforce and Zoom integrations and the design of CTAs, ads and downloadable assets.
What I did
- General WordPress optimization across the site.
- Full blog restructuring into clear, digestible categories.
- Reorganization and redesign of the Resource Center.
- HubSpot CRM for all lead-generation sections: landing pages and pillar pages tied to forms, MQLs and SQLs.
- Advanced workflows for email sequences, lead nurturing, resource engagement tracking and automatic pipeline enrollment.
- Integrations with Salesforce (lead and contact sync) and Zoom (event registration and attendee data).
- Custom CTAs, ads and downloadable PDFs and guides.
Results
- Clearer navigation for blog and resources.
- Better experience browsing technical content.
- More efficient CRM thanks to the WordPress–HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
- Automated workflows that significantly reduced manual tasks.
- Higher conversion rates on optimized landing pages.
